Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Valuation, or related field.
• Professional valuation qualification (e.g., RICS, API, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in residential property valuation with leadership exposure.
• Strong track record in business development and client management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

Technical Expertise

• Maintain deep knowledge of residential property markets and valuation methodologies


• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices


• Provide technical guidance on challenging valuation assignments

Quality Assurance

• Ensure all valuations meet JLL's high standards of quality and compliance


• Implement and maintain robust risk management procedures


• Oversee the review and sign-off of high-value or complex valuations

Business Operations

• Manage the financial performance of the residential valuations team


• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)


• Collaborate with other JLL service lines to drive cross-selling opportunities
