As a senior member, you’ll shape strategy, mentor colleagues and contribute to regional and national growth. You will blend high-quality technical surveying work with business development and leadership, helping Savills expand its Midlands

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a wide range of building surveying services across commercial and residential assets.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key clients to grow revenue and win new instructions.
• Mentor and support junior colleagues to develop talent within the business.
• Collaborate with Savills teams to shape and grow the Building Consultancy offering in the Midlands and nationally.
