Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Birmingham is seeking a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join the Residential Valuation team within UK Residential Value and Risk Advisory. The role is based in the Birmingham office with flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

You will carry out valuations across a range of property types, from development sites to large portfolios, focusing on investment valuations and development appraisals.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification is essential.
• 1–2+ years’ PQE in residential valuation.
• Experience delivering high-quality valuation reports.

Responsibilities

• Carry out valuations across development sites, high-value properties and portfolios.
• Lead instructions and manage client communications with lenders and borrowers.
• Produce written valuation reports to a high standard.
• Travel regionally for inspections where required.
