The ideal candidate will be a Junior Director, Vice President, or Associate Director with around 5 years of experience in the role, preferably in Infrastructure and Renewables with the opportunity to work across Europe and the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Modelling and Execution:Hands-on involvement in financial modelling and deal execution.
• Exposure:Work across various verticals including renewables, digital, and data centres.
• Export Finance:Involvement in export finance activities.
• Deal Leadership:Lead deals with support from a team of 3 lawyers.
• Collaboration:Reports directly to the Managing Director of Project Finance

Requirements:

• Experience:Around 5 years of experience, with a focus on Infrastructure and Renewables.
• Languages:Proficiency in German or French is a plus.
• Skills:Strong financial modelling skills and the ability to execute deals.
• Attributes:Gravitas, self-starter, and the ability to work independently.
• Notice Period:Ideally not more than 3 months.
• Exposure:Broad exposure across various sectors, not limited to one vertical.
• Work Environment:3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
• Compensation:Competitive base salary with a higher base compared to other Investment Banks.

• Team Composition:The team currently includes another Director, 4 juniors with the assistance of 3 lawyers and 2 syndicators.
