Job Description:

I am specifically instructed by a Tier 1 team that’s looking for a Senior Associate to join what’s probably the largest energy, infrastructure, and resources team globally. The project finance practice is ranked among the best nationally and internationally in Legal 500 and Chambers, with several team members (from Associates to Partners) recognized in the Hall of Fame.

The role involves high-profile projects in both developed and emerging markets, including Africa (such as Angola and Chile), Europe, and the Middle East. You'll have access to a broad range of work spanning renewables, oil & gas, mining debt finance, PPP/PFI structures, and the increasingly prominent area of digital infrastructure. This includes working on large-scale solar, offshore wind, energy storage, and carbon capture projects. Aside from market-rate compensation and strong promotional prospects, the firm offers very favorable hours and hybrid working arrangements.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of post-qualification experience as a lawyer (no maximum PQE level)
  • UK or Common law qualified
  • Focus on energy, infrastructure, and natural resources projects is required; experience in emerging markets is preferred
