I am specifically instructed by a Tier 1 team seeking a Senior Associate to join what is arguably the largest energy, infrastructure, and resources team globally. The project finance practice is ranked among the best nationally and internationally in Legal 500 and Chambers, with several team members (from Associates to Partners) recognized in the Hall of Fame.

The role involves high-profile projects across developed and emerging markets, including Africa (such as Angola and Chile), Europe, and the Middle East. You will work on a broad range of projects spanning renewables, oil & gas, mining debt finance, PPP/PFI structures, and the growing area of digital infrastructure. Projects include large-scale solar, offshore wind, energy storage, and carbon capture. The firm offers market-rate compensation, strong promotional prospects, favorable hours, and hybrid working arrangements.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of post-qualification experience as a lawyer (no maximum PQE)
• UK or Common law qualified
