Job summary

Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Senior Consultant for the UK Controls & Performance Advisory team. You will drive business transformation across major infrastructure programmes, supporting strategy, setup and optimisation of PMO and related functions.

You will engage with C-suite clients, lead workshops, and deliver actionable insights through established methodologies and digital tools within a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to assessment of client environments and define fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Develop and optimise PMO and controls & performance strategies and set-ups.
• Prepare reports and present findings to senior client stakeholders.
• Lead workshops with senior client representatives in virtual and face-to-face formats.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across client sites and remotely.
