Job Description

We have a number of exciting opportunities for Director level Project Controls professionals to help deliver across a range of major infrastructure projects and programmes across the UK. These roles are suitable for Project Controls specialists with proven experience in sectors such as rail, aviation, power, water/utilities, highways, or defence.

  1. Deliver project controls services, including end-to-end service delivery for large, complex, and mega projects.
  2. Monitor and apply performance management techniques, including KPIs, to improve project performance.
  3. Lead and manage multiple project control functions such as risk management, schedule management, cost management, scope, and change.
  4. Influence and guide senior stakeholders to enhance performance.
  5. Act as the key day-to-day project team interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered within time, cost, and quality standards.
  6. Support technical service delivery, including developing and implementing the PMO project controls service.
  7. Ensure projects meet quality standards, are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
  8. Ensure project controls delivery aligns with client objectives and contractual conditions.
Qualifications
  1. Relevant technical degree and management qualifications, with experience in project control roles for construction projects.
  2. Experience in planning & scheduling, cost management.
  3. Experience in risk management, change control, information management, and reporting within complex projects.
  4. Ability to manage and mentor a team of specialists, fostering training and development.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
