Job summary

Mobilus Limited in the UK is seeking a Head of Product Development to join the Senior Leadership Team and shape the product vision, strategy and roadmap for a growing SaaS analytics business.

This strategic yet hands-on role collaborates across Engineering, Marketing and Sales to translate customer and commercial needs into deliverable roadmaps, with accountability to the scorecard and business objectives. Previous SaaS product leadership and strong UI/UX understanding are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience defining and delivering successful SaaS products.
• Strong SaaS product management experience with marketing analytics/software background.
• Strong road-mapping experience with Agile and SDLC understanding.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination.
• Familiarity with Monday.com, Figma and GitLab.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the product vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Translate business and customer priorities into clear requirements and plans.
• Lead roadmap planning, prioritisation and backlog management.
• Collaborate with Engineering to deliver product releases.
• Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Client Services and Leadership.
• Identify and remove delivery risks and barriers to execution.
• Establish effective product management and discovery practices.
