Responsibilities

• Business Operations/Sales Operations support across foundational tasks.
• Customer onboarding, invoicing, agreements, renewals, and coordination.
• Onboarding and management with partners/agreements/renewals.
• People and IT administration including onboarding and inventory.
• Training support for internal and external trainings.
• Administrative and events support including travel bookings.
• Executive support to CEO and leadership with personal tasks.
• Virtual office management and coordination of remote employee needs.
• Organising office activities and developing team culture.
