Job summary

You will design scalable, secure systems, mentor engineers, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading technology products. The role combines hands-on coding, architecture, and governance of AI-enabled workflows, emphasizing secure data handling, auditability, and resiliency.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and advanced applied experience.
• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Expert in one or more programming language(s).
• Demonstrated experience designing and leading adoption of agentic AI-enabled development practices across teams, including human-in-the-loop validation and auditability of changes.

Responsibilities

• Creates complex and scalable coding frameworks using appropriate software design frameworks.
• Develops secure and high-quality production code and reviews code written by others.
• Architects AI-enabled engineering workflows to improve delivery speed, code quality, and operational outcomes at scale.
• Applies knowledge of SDLC tools, including AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve value of automation.
• Advises cross-functional teams on technological matters and acts as SME to the function.
• Contributes to development of technical methods in line with modern product development methodologies.
• Creates durable, reusable software frameworks used across teams.
• Influences leaders and senior stakeholders across business, product, and technology.
