Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on system/software development experience delivering production services in secure, regulated environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical discussions across a team or program.
• Strong experience in Java and Python; API design and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop modular, maintainable AI systems and interfaces aligned to platform standards.
• Partner with AI/ML, Data Science, and Cybersecurity engineers for secure AI solutions.
• Create secure production code, conduct reviews, and debug code.
• Evaluate AI approaches to improve design quality and operational outcomes.
• Influence peers to adopt leading-edge technologies with measurable value.
• Drive enterprise AI engineering practices to improve code quality, speed, and security.
• Contribute to firmwide standards and SDLC frameworks.
• Foster an inclusive team culture.
