• Understanding of Prime Finance business, especially Securities Lending.
• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• Experience developing event-driven and batch Java applications in financial services.
• Proficiency in Java/Spring, data structures, and performance tuning.
• Solid experience with Kafka and low-latency applications.
• Hands-on system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficiency in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Advanced understanding of CI/CD, resiliency, and security.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
• Open-mindedness, willingness to learn, and ability to work in large teams.
• Proficiency in cloud, AI, ML, and related technical disciplines.
