Job summary

As a core technical contributor, you will design, develop, review production code, and lead initiatives across AI-assisted engineering, automation, and secure coding practices to improve delivery and stability across the firm's systems.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and advanced applied experience.
• Hands-on practical experience in full-stack or cross-functional development across frontend, backend, data pipelines, or mobile.
• Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot, Python/PySpark, GraphQL, or mobile development frameworks; openness to others.

Responsibilities

• Execute creative software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting across diverse tech stacks.
• Develop secure high-quality production code and review others' code.
• Identify opportunities to automate remediation and improve operational stability.
• Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams on architecture and tech credentials.
• Lead communities of practice to drive adoption of new technologies and best practices.
• Support AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Apply SDLC toolchain knowledge to maximize value from automation.
