Qualifications

• Establish portfolio and people management skills in infrastructure context.
• Demonstrable commercial accountability for high-value projects.
• Experience across energy, power, digital, construction or social infra.
• Excellent stakeholder management with government, co-investors and leadership.
• Strong consultancy and project management capabilities.
• Investment experience in equity, debt structuring and portfolio monitoring.
• Product knowledge of fixed/floating loans, guarantees and direct equity.
• Robust due diligence for infrastructure financing and financial model reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee key portfolio projects and engage with sponsors and equity fund managers.
• Represent the Fund on investee boards, lead governance and risk management.
• Provide portfolio analysis, monitor returns and identify concentration risks.
• Contribute to design and implementation of the Portfolio Management system.
• Lead valuation assessments of portfolio assets and model oversight.
• Manage a high-performing team of portfolio managers to drive returns.
• Negotiate and coordinate documentation, covenant compliance and projections.
• Approve documentation and ensure legal and financial compliance for deals.
• Secure technical support when projects face difficulties to mitigate risk.
• Prepare reports for Investment Committee and Credit Committee.
