Job summary

• Strong understanding of financial investment products.
• Commercial awareness; ability to digest complex information.
• Track record on high value and sensitive projects with delivery accountability.
• Experience in counter-party management and stakeholder relations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress on key projects and identify risks; advise on mitigating actions.
• Contribute to and update internal models; review external models and perform sensitivity analysis.
• Analyze large quantities of qualitative and quantitative information; summarize results for action.
• Attend site visits; inspect project progress and scrutinize management against plan.
• Negotiate and coordinate documentation; test covenants and future projections.
• Prepare reports for Investment Committee and Credit Committee on risks and pricing.
• Develop positive relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure coordinated delivery.
