The firm maintains a strong track record of deploying capital into critical infrastructure assets, delivering long-term value for its investors. This position sits at the core of the investment team, playing a pivotal role in the firm's continued growth and investment strategy.The Investment Director will assume responsibility for key stages of the investment lifecycle, demanding a high level of expertise and strategic insight. This includes proactively identifying and rigorously evaluating new investment opportunities within the infrastructure sector, aligning with the firm's investment mandate. The role requires leading comprehensive due diligence processes, encompassing financial, commercial, technical, and legal dimensions, to thoroughly assess investment viability and risks. A critical function involves structuring and executing complex transactions, often involving multiple stakeholders and significant capital deployment.A core component of the role involves developing sophisticated financial models from first principles, performing detailed valuation analyses, and preparing compelling investment committee memoranda. These documents must present clear, data-driven recommendations supported by robust quantitative and qualitative analysis, enabling informed decision-making at the highest level.Beyond deal execution, the Director will contribute significantly to the active management of existing portfolio companies.
