Job summary

Centric Software Limited is seeking an experienced Global Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll across EMEA and AMER. You will serve as the system administrator for ADP Workforce Now, UKG One View, and Workday, ensuring timely, accurate payroll and tax filings while maintaining strict confidentiality.

The role demands at least 8 years in global payroll, a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, and proven ability to collaborate with legal, HR, tax, payroll, accounting, and finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of global payroll processing experience with at least 300 employees.
• Experience leading end-to-end payroll processes for multinational organizations.
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now, Workday, or UKG OneView is desirable.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines.
• Discretion and integrity for handling confidential information.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience presenting insights to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end global payroll processing across multiple regions (EMEA and AMER).
• Act as System Administrator for ADP Workforce Now, UKG One View, and Workday, ensuring updates and maintenance.
• Ensure precise, compliant, and timely payroll processing for domestic and international operations.
• Collaborate with third-party payroll providers and guide on business requirements and issue resolution.
• Ensure timely payroll tax filings and compliance with local regulations.
• Oversee monthly payroll closing tasks and drive process improvements.
