Job summary

SC Johnson GmbH in the UK seeks a strategic Director, Order to Cash (OTC) & Credit to oversee a multi‑hundred‑million USD portfolio across EMEA. You will lead a 150‑person team, drive end-to-end order processing, invoicing, and cash collections while shaping risk and credit strategies with cross-functional partners.

You will champion Lean improvements, ensure SAP-based controls, and partner with Sales, CSC and Finance to protect accounts receivable and deliver customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or Supply Chain.
• 15+ years of direct relevant experience and management of large teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to OTC/Credit teams and drive end-to-end order to cash improvements.
• Minimize DSO and optimize invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution.
• Manage SAP systems, controls, and OTC analytics; report KPIs monthly.
