Job summary

Pernod Ricard seeks a Customer Operations Executive to manage end-to-end Order to Cash for a defined portfolio across Europe or the Americas. You will be the operational link between customers and internal teams, driving performance and resolution of issues with data-driven decisions.

Based in the UK (Chiswick), the role requires strongEnglish, analytical skills and collaboration with Commercial, Planning, Finance and Logistics to optimise service and risk management.

Qualifications

• Degree educated or equivalent experience in relevant fields such as Supply Chain, Business, International Trade, Logistics or Operations.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing customer orders and cross-functional coordination is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Order to Cash process for a defined customer portfolio across Europe or the Americas.
• Use dashboards and reports to monitor customer performance, forecast alignment, and supply risk.
• Lead customer reviews, escalation management and action tracking with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely, accurate order processing and documentation to support month-end closing.
