Job summary

Pfizer seeks an Operational Excellence Director to drive multi-market medical initiatives within Medical Affairs. You will align strategy, lead cross-functional programs, and ensure seamless execution of medical plans across Global and US teams.

You will manage budgets, governance, and change programs while partnering with Finance, Compliance and regional leads. On-premise location preferred, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pharmaceutical industry; 10+ years.
• Experience in Medical Affairs or related functions is essential.
• Project management and budgetary awareness demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Align strategic goals across Medical Affairs categories and asset teams.
• Develop future vision and strategic initiatives with Asset Leads.
• Co-create and execute Global/US medical plans with cross-functional partners.
• Support governance and change management for Medical Affairs initiatives.
• Lead budget, forecasting and financial tracking for assigned assets.
