Job summary

Lilly is seeking an Associate Director / Director, Regional Pharmacovigilance to provide operational and people leadership across the region. You will translate global PV strategy into regional execution, ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement across affiliates.

Lead regional PV personnel, coordinate with GPS and MQO, and ensure qualified Local QPPV coverage while partnering with health authorities as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of pharmacovigilance experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in international regulations related to drug and device safety.
• Experience supervising teams across multiple affiliates or geographies.
• Ability to lead regional PV strategy within global framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop regional PV personnel with objectives and development plans.
• Ensure onboarding, training and accreditation for PV staff across the region.
• Maintain regional PV systems, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with GPS, QPPVs, and MQO to deliver regional objectives.
• Oversee QPPV network, local RP coverage and regulatory engagements.
