Pfizer is seeking a Director, Operations and Key Initiatives Lead to oversee studio operations, onboarding, and resourcing across product, engineering and innovation. You will manage FTE and contractor administration, vendors, budgets, and the operating rhythm to keep teams focused and delivery on track.

You will drive cross-pillared enterprise initiatives, translate requests into actionable studio responses, and curate leadership artefacts with candour and pace, partnering across the Pfizer

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Technology, or related field.
• Experience leading operations and cross-functional initiatives in a digital/product/consulting environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and delivery teams.
• Ability to coordinate people, vendors, budgets, and timelines without becoming a bottleneck.

Responsabilidades

• Own studio and team operations, onboarding, resourcing, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Lead cross-pillars initiatives spanning operating model, reviews, and major events.
• Translate requests into studio-ready responses, shielding product/engineering from admin load.
• Own external narrative with leadership on plans, status, risks, and papers.
• Build an efficient operating cadence with artefacts and follow-ups.
