Job summary

Ergomed Group is seeking a Director, Business and Process Optimization to lead operations and resourcing across a complex cross-functional environment, driving continuous process improvement in pharmacovigilance and related systems. You will partner with senior leaders to develop strategic plans and ensure execution that aligns with business goals.

The role requires extensive PV experience, strong leadership, and exceptional program management, with a track record of delivering process

Qualifications

Requires life science background or healthcare qualification with pharmacovigilance experience.
Extensive leadership experience in PV from a service provider environment.
Advanced skills in process development and improvement, especially for clinical/pharmacovigilance workflows.
Excellent written and spoken English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provides strategic leadership to the business operation and corporate function.
Oversees cross-functional programs and complex process improvement initiatives.
Directs recruitment, budgeting, staffing and long-term planning for the department.
Acts as internal transformation consultant for M&A integration and compliance programs.
