Knight’s Companies is seeking a Director of Technical Services to lead the technical, QA, and product development functions within the Redi-Mix division. You will drive innovation, ensure high-quality concrete production, and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.

You will oversee lab and field testing, mentor managers and technicians, and partner with operations, sales, and suppliers to optimize performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, materials science, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus; strong leadership and technical skills required.
• Minimum 10–15 years in technical or quality management in Ready Mix or related construction materials.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee design, testing, and performance of concrete mixes to meet standards.
• Direct quality control and QA programs across plants and field operations.
• Develop and implement technical strategy for operational excellence and sustainable growth.
• Provide technical advisory to executive leadership, customers, and industry partners.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations and project specs.
