Brett is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to oversee the South East network of Brett Concrete plants. You will manage test rates, run audits, design concretes and operate essential software systems, reporting to the Technical Director.

Key duties include investigating complaints, controlling costs, promoting health and safety, and liaising with customers and internal teams. Experience in ready mixed concrete and a technical qualification are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in design, production, testing and control of ready mixed concrete.
• Qualifications in concrete technology or construction-related subject.
• Ability to comply with Health & Safety practices.

Responsabilités

• Investigate complaints and liaise with customers to resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct internal audits of batching plants.
• Monitor and control company costs.
• Lead health and safety discussions and develop staff competence.
• Communicate with Brett Concrete and Brett Group staff and external customers.
• Familiarity with environmental standards and the Quality Scheme for Ready Mixed Concrete.
