You will lead research, development, and quality control of concrete and cementitious materials, and support customers with technical advice. The role offers a hands-on, collaborative environment with opportunities to advance skills in testing, data analysis, and use of admixtures, while contributing to sustainable concrete solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete/mortar testing and construction related activities.
• Accurate testing, sampling, documentation and quality control.
• Willingness to travel and stay nights away; full driving licence.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform concrete/mortar analysis across labs, customer sites, and production facilities.
• Support sales teams with technical advice and demonstrations.
• Develop and promote construction chemical technologies and admixtures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and internal standards.
