Job summary

Master Builders Solutions UK Ltd. invites applications for a Concrete Technologist at our Swinton manufacturing facility.

You will contribute to R&D, quality control, and the optimization of concrete and cementitious materials across projects from lab to site. You will plan and execute tests, analyze results, and collaborate with sales and engineering teams to deliver technically robust solutions and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete/mortar testing or construction environment.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data and report results.
• Proficient with MS Office and data recording.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Strong health & safety awareness and safe working practices.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Plan and undertake concrete/mortar testing in the laboratory, at customers’ facilities or on-site to support sales and regional units.
• Identify customer expectations and ensure compliance with legislation and internal standards.
• Support development and promotion of concrete admixtures and related technologies, providing technical advice and demonstrations.
