• Provide strategic leadership over Greenwood’s Secondary Academies.
• Inspire staff, students and the wider community with a clear vision for excellence.
• Develop understanding of needs across academies and provide support to enable continuous improvement.
• Champion equity, inclusion and opportunity for every learner.
• Collaborate with the Trust’s leadership team to align goals with wider strategic priorities.
