Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership over Greenwood Academies Trust secondary academies
• Inspire staff, students, and the wider community with a clear vision for excellence
• Develop a holistic understanding of the needs of all secondary academies and provide effective support to targeted academies
• Champion equity, inclusion, and opportunity for every learner
• Work closely with the Trust’s leadership team to align goals with wider strategic priorities
