Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust seeks an exceptional Director of Secondary Education to lead school improvement, standards and educational excellence across our secondary academies.

This executive leadership role shapes the next phase of secondary improvement with a focus on inclusion, curriculum innovation and data-driven decision making. You will work with the CEO, Executive Team and Principals to drive outcomes and support across the Trust.

• Proven track record of improving schools and outcomes.
• Strategic insight and educational authority.
• Experience leading secondary education improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a coherent secondary improvement model across the Trust.
• Collaborate with the CEO, Executive Team and secondary Principals to secure strong outcomes.
• Prepare academies for inspection and ensure targeted support is deployed where it will make the greatest difference.
