Capstone has partnered with a prestigious Interior Design & Architecture Studio, seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Director of Sales & Market Growth to lead sales efforts and achieve ambitious revenue targets beyond their current client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and a strong understanding of the luxury market across the UK and internationally.
A background in interior design, architecture, real estate, or luxury high-end services is essential for understanding our market and clients. This role is vital for the growth and success of the studio, targeting a sales goal of over £1 million annually.
This role reports directly to the Founder Director and works closely with the Finance Director on sales strategies and targets, focusing on both UK and international opportunities. The candidate should have the strategic vision to help the studio expand into new luxury markets, especially in the commercial, retail, and hotel sectors.
Collaboration with the Client Relationship Director is crucial for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring alignment in communication, brand positioning, and relationship management strategies.
