Woodhouse Property Recruitment is working with one of the leading independent national construction consultancies to recruit a Director level Quantity Surveyor, or Associate Director ready to step up, to oversee, grow and develop their service line across Manchester and Leeds.

You will be managing a team of 5 QS's across the two offices as well as helping to deliver on a range of high-profile projects across several sectors, including industrial, office, purpose-built student accommodation and
