Must have extensive Quantity Surveying/Cost Management background.
Experience at Associate/Associate Director or Project Director level.
MRICS or equivalent professional qualification.
Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
Experience leading and developing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of major Quantity Surveying and Cost Management commissions.
Manage and develop key client relationships across the North West.
Provide senior commercial and strategic advice throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead, mentor and develop members of the Manchester Cost Management team.
Support the continued growth and development of the regional business.
Identify opportunities within existing client accounts and develop new relationships.
Take an active role in business development, networking and work winning.
Oversee project commercial performance, fees and profitability.
Maintain high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
