Job summary

The role spans end-to-end production concept design, safety, quality, cost and schedule, and requires strong leadership across Industrial Engineering and manufacturing disciplines.

Qualifications
- Senior leadership role requiring engineering background and strategic oversight.
- Deep expertise in Industrial Engineering and production-system design.
- Experience with factory design, manufacturing systems, capacity and flow analysis, simulation and major industrial investment.
Responsibilities
- Design safe, scalable production systems and optimise takt, flow, capacity and cost.
- Lead factory design, layout, material flow and infrastructure, integrating automation and advanced manufacturing technologies.
- Use modelling and simulation to validate capacity, resources and investment decisions.
- Develop products and production systems concurrently, reducing industrial complexity and enabling enterprise capability.
