Overview

MCS Group is partnering with Kingsbridge Private Hospital to appoint a Director of People and Culture. This key role involves shaping organisational culture, talent management, and business transformation within Ireland's fastest-growing private healthcare group.

About Kingsbridge Private Hospital

As part of Kingsbridge Healthcare Group, the largest private healthcare provider in Northern Ireland, the hospital has grown from a single outpatient clinic in 2004 to offering comprehensive healthcare services across Ireland, emphasizing clinical excellence and patient experience.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development and implementation of the people strategy to support growth and a values-led culture.
  2. Oversee HR, Organisational Development, Talent, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement across multiple sites.
  3. Play a key role within the Executive Leadership Team.
Candidate Requirements

Essential:

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership, including 5+ years at senior/executive level.
  • Experience delivering people strategies in large, complex organizations.
  • Knowledge of employee engagement, leadership development, and organisational culture.
  • Expertise in employment law in NI and ROI.
  • CIPD qualification.

Desirable:

  • Postgraduate qualification in HR, OD, or related discipline.
  • Experience supporting high-growth or operational transformation.
