Outward is a charitable organisation based in North East London, supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, young people, and older people to overcome life barriers and live fulfilling lives.
We are part of the Newlon Group and a subsidiary of Newlon Housing Trust.
We are seeking a new Director of People and Corporate Services to join our executive leadership team. You will oversee human resources, learning and development, marketing and communications, and digital functions.
This is an exciting time at Outward as we develop a new long-term strategy for 2025 and beyond. We are financially strong, hold ‘Good’ CQC ratings, and have new service developments and innovative change management projects underway. As Director, you will lead key projects such as our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Digital strategies.
The ideal candidate will have senior leadership experience in human resources and learning and development, be a fully qualified CIPD member, organized, an excellent communicator, and adept at managing major change projects. A commitment to equity, cultural awareness, and creating inclusive workplaces is essential.
