Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Director of Operations Readiness to guide operations from tender through implementation, stabilizing new sites and handing over to permanent leadership. You will drive solutions development, oversee implementations, and mentor cross-functional teams to meet safety and profitability targets.

You will collaborate with commercial and design teams, co-create KPIs, and manage client engagements, ensuring scalable, compliant operations across new contracts.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in operations, site startups and cross-functional teams.
• Deep knowledge of design principles, cost controls, KPI/SLA validation, and safety compliance.
• Strong customer-facing communication and executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive solutions development and commercial validation with tender teams.
• Lead implementations and customer engagements, develop SOPs and comprehensive reporting.
• Mentor Senior Operations Leaders and partners to ensure safe, productive transitions to permanent site leadership.
