Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks a Director of Operations Readiness to drive seamless transitions from tender phase to site implementation and to ensure a robust handover to permanent leadership. You will steer complex programs, align solutions with commercial goals, and uphold safety and performance benchmarks across sites.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience focused on operations and site startups.
• Knowledge of solutions design principles, cost controls, KPI/SLA validation, and safety compliance.
• Proven ability in customer-facing communication and executive presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering.

• Drive development of operational solutions and commercial validation during tender processes.
• Lead implementations and engage with customers; onboard new contracts and create SOPs.
• Lead and mentor teams ensuring safety, productivity, and transition to permanent leadership.
