Job Opportunity: Director of Operations at Care Home Group

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to lead a large, wholly owned portfolio within our Care Home Group. This role offers a high six-figure package along with attractive benefits including a £10k+ car allowance, enhanced annual leave, a 35-hour workweek (subject to review), triple salary life assurance, private medical and health insurance (PMI, PHI), enhanced pension scheme, and paid family leave.
