The Role - Head of Operations / Operations Director

My client is looking for an experienced Head of Operations to join their Facades & Cladding division.

Previous experience working for a specialist facade/building envelope contractor in the UK is essential.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery on all projects. You will work closely with the Division Director to ensure each project is programmed and delivered to the highest standards, overseeing procurement, quality, budget control, and client management.

• Demonstrate technical competency and a proven track record in overseeing multiple facade packages from Pre-Construction through to delivery on flagship projects.
• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives.
• Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resource allocation.
• Ensure comprehensive management of programmes from initiation to completion.
• Hold or oversee client and subcontractor meetings as necessary.
