Vendomtalents is hiring a Director of Operations for the Bvlgari Hotel London !

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Director of Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations across both Food & Beverage and Rooms, ensuring a seamless guest experience that embodies Bvlgari’s signature service—informal yet impeccable.

This role requires a dynamic leader who will be responsible for maintaining the Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards, optimizing business performance, and continuously elevating service standards.

Additionally, the Director of Operations will act as the primary decision-maker in the absence of the Managing Director, ensuring continuity of leadership and strategic execution. As an ambassador of the Bvlgari values, the ideal candidate will embody excellence, innovation, and a commitment to impeccable service.

• A forward-thinking leader with extensive experience in both F&B and Rooms operations, who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience in both Food & Beverage and Rooms operations.
• Strong understanding of LQA standards and their implementation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining a commitment to excellence.
