Page Executive is seeking a Director of Manufacturing and Operations to lead five U.S. production sites, driving performance, safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will implement processes, structure, and systems to enable current demand and future growth while meeting financial targets. The role requires 15–20+ years in engineering, operations and manufacturing with 7–10+ years in senior leadership, plus a track record in CI, Lean, EHS, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations or related.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• 15–20+ years in engineering, operations and manufacturing.
• 7–10+ years senior leadership in operations and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive all manufacturing and operations, building a structure aligned with strategic goals.
• Oversee multi-plant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, cost management, and delivery.
• Establish and implement safety programs per company values.
• Manage operating profit, working capital, and overall operating systems.
