Job summary

Future Recruitment Ltd. seeks an experienced Senior Operations leader to head multiple manufacturing sites. The role demands a hands-on, shop-floor presence, driving safety, efficiency and cost control while building sustainable systems and teams to prevent recurrence of issues.

You will set and monitor KPIs, lead improvements across sorting, washing, extrusion and film operations, and ensure compliance with food-contact standards and audits. Significant travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Senior operations leadership experience at multi-site manufacturing plants.
• Track record turning around underperforming plants and delivering measurable gains.
• Hands-on, shop-floor presence with credibility among Operators and Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own safety, output, yield, uptime, quality and cost across all sites.
• Establish KPIs and review performance daily/weekly at each site.
• Lead turnaround of underperforming plants and embedded continuous improvement.
• Raise maintenance standards and shift to planned preventive maintenance.
• Support commissioning and ramp-up of new lines/sites to timelines.
