Job summary

Dentsu in Manchester is seeking an Integrated Planning Director to lead the day-to-day management of the iProspect account, delivering brilliant communications planning with a Planning Manager support.

Based in Manchester with flexible working arrangements (office 2–3 days per week), you will champion experimentation, manage a planning team, and ensure financial accuracy and on-time PO/billing for campaigns across brand and product activations.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in a similar role with strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management.
• Experience creating and leading commercially sound digital media plans across multiple channel activations.
• Deep understanding of performance data and analytics incl. Paid Search and Paid Social.
• Strong people management and leadership skills with client-facing collaboration.
• A keen interest in fashion/retail ecommerce market.
• Experience in both brand and performance advertising.

Responsibilities

• Champion iProspect’s experimentation agenda and use Media++ planning to deliver effective plans.
• Plan campaigns across brand, product, and tactical channels.
• Ensure delivery excellence in the end-to-end campaign process.
• Collaborate with strategists and channel teams to uphold high standards.
• Directly mentor the Planning Manager and support career development.
• Maintain operational and financial accuracy, ensuring budgets, POs and on-time billing.
