Job summary

Pivotal London Ltd is seeking a Planning Manager to lead integrated media and communications strategies from its London base. You will manage client relationships, work with media owners and agency partners, and help bring campaigns to life across digital, broadcast and traditional channels.

The role offers exposure to cross-disciplinary teams and opportunities to influence strategy and execution within an ambitious, integrated agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day contact for clients and build trusted relationships.

• Support planning leads in developing integrated media and communications strategies.
• Research consumer behaviour, media consumption and market trends.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry developments.
• Collaborate with digital, broadcast and other channels.
• Coordinate with external partner agencies and creative teams.
• Identify opportunities for innovative media and creative solutions.
• Explore AI and emerging tech to improve research and planning.
