Job summary

Dentsu’s iProspect Leeds team is seeking an Account Assistant to provide proactive support across the client team, helping with day-to-day account management, campaign delivery and reporting. The role sits in a hybrid, permanent arrangement in Leeds/Stafford and offers exposure to major clients such as DFDS, Shiseido and Hiscox.

You will work closely with Account Executives and Managers, handling administration, reporting and budgets, while developing strong media knowledge and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support across the account team to Account Executives and Account Managers, helping deliver multiple workstreams.
• Support meetings, prepare materials, distribute agendas, attend meetings and circulate accurate minutes and actions.
• Raise purchase orders, maintain PO trackers and check budgets against planned activity, ensuring accurate invoices.
• Collate client performance data and produce clear, accurate reports, monitoring performance against forecast.
• Use research tools to develop audience insights and contribute data to client presentations and media mix recommendations.
