Job summary

Linesight is seeking an Associate Director to lead commercial and cost management across major infrastructure commissions. You will manage client relationships, provide strategic advice on procurement and contracts, and guide risk and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

You will direct teams on GCCC and NEC contracts, oversee cost planning and procurement, and contribute to continued growth of Linesight's infrastructure business while developing colleagues and client networks.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered member of SCSI, RICS or equivalent.
• 10–15 years experience in quantity surveying, commercial or cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management and cost management services across major infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain trusted client relationships with key infrastructure clients.
• Provide strategic commercial, procurement and contract advice on projects.
