The Director of Finance & Resources will drive financial strategy, commercial innovation, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include accurate financial reporting, budgeting, statutory accounts, forecasting, planning, and risk management, ensuring compliance with UK charity regulations.

This role involves improving financial performance, identifying income opportunities, and contributing to the organization's strategic direction as part of the Executive Leadership Team.

You will lead a team, foster a culture of financial accountability, champion commercial performance, manage budgets, and oversee pricing, costs, contracting, and funding models. The role requires strategic thinking, resilience, and a collaborative leadership style.
