The Director of Finance & Resources is a key leadership role responsible for financial strategy, innovation, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting, statutory accounts compliance, forecasting, planning, risk management, financial governance, performance improvement, and income diversification. As part of the Executive Leadership Team, you'll shape the organization's future and impact.

You will provide strategic insight, lead a high-performing team, and foster a culture of financial accountability. The role involves championing commercial performance, budget control, managing working capital, and exploring income opportunities to ensure financial sustainability. You will oversee pricing, costs, contracting, funding models, and drive operational efficiency.
